Cultural Proficiency is a lifetime journey
Where people of goodwill get together and transcend their differences for the common good, peaceful and just solutions can be found even for those problems which seem most intractable.

Change Management
Change happens, whether you are ready for it or not
Change is not always progress. Movement is not always change.

Leadership Development
If no one is behind you, it's not leadership
One who knows others is intelligent. One who knows oneself is enlightened. One who conquers others is strong. One who conquers oneself is all powerful.

Finding oneself in the Mystery
One cannot do right in one department of life whilst he is occupied in doing wrong in any other department. Life is one indivisible whole.

Spirituality at Work

Professional Development for the Whole Employee

As spiritual beings on a human journey, we are challenged to see the sacred and secular in our lives as an integrated whole. Spiritual values enhance the work environment by inviting into the workplace a whole, integrated person, rather than a few compartments of a person. With acknowledgement of spirituality at work, organizations can create a culture of justice, compassion, and inclusiveness. Find ways to derive deeper meaning from your work and your life. Find the harmony in the workplace with clear corporate values, while acknowledging strong spiritual values and integrating them with good business ethics.

Retreats, Workshops, Keynote Addresses:

• Finding your Passion

• Making Meaning of the Mystery

• Destressing Your Life

• Making Time

• The Mystic Journey

• A Disciplined Life

• Balance or Harmony?

Spiritual Direction

With Kikanza work one-to-one, or in a retreat setting, to talk about your spiritual journey, to enhance your spiritual practices or to deepen your relationship with the Mystery.

Each person has a unique experience in Spiritual Direction. You and Kikanza will develop a covenant that describes how you wish to work with each other. You may come together for a few months or for many years.

The work of a spiritual director is to listen, to ask tough questions, to offer you suggestions, to hold up a mirror, and to pass you the Kleenex. During the time you spend with Kikanza, you may expect to:

• Discern the movement of Spirit within you

• Share your experience of the Mystery

• Explore how to live in a way that reflects who you are as a spiritual being

• Deepen and enhance your spiritual life through a variety of practices

Spiritual Direction sessions can be arranged for individuals, organized for small groups, or conducted at retreats. Membership or participation in a particular faith tradition is not necessary. The cost is based upon your needs and your ability to pay.
